SHORT GAME COACHING
Your Short Game can never be too good
How you play inside of 100 yards is the biggest determinant of how you score. It is the most significant factor when it comes to writing numbers on your scorecard. It represents up to 65% of all shots played during a round and 80% of the shots golfers lose to par.

The quality of your short game, namely, the distance you leave the ball form the hole dictates the number of putts you will hole and this has a direct bearing on your score. Typically, most Golfers will blame or criticize their putting when missing putts but it is more a question of what distance you are putting from that will influence the amount of success or otherwise. This distance is determined by the quality of your short game shots.

The quality of your short game shots and your putting represent 80% of your overall handicap. So, if a 10 to 12 handicap golfer developed a "scratch" short game, their handicap would reduce to between 2 and 4!
Everybody has a short game handicap and by testing 8 different short game shots we can determine your handicap, identify areas of weakness and develop a pathway to improvement.
Short Game shots include:
Pitching
Chipping
Sand Play
Trouble shots
