FULL SWING BIOMECHANICS

Whilst much attention will be placed on the creation of proper fundamentals for the full swing namely: grip, aim, alignment, stance and posture as well as "in swing technique", special focus will be given to the vital biomechanical elements of balance and correct kinetic sequence.   These subjects will be covered after some exercises and phsyical tests have determined which is the "preferred" swing type for you. Other elements to consider are age, gender, height, frame, strength and flexibility.
