Sudbury golf course was designed by the legendary Harry Colt in 1920 and is as challenging as it is beautiful. The par of 70 will test the very best players but it can also be enjoyed by golfers of all abilities. It is a classic parkland design with rolling, tree-lined fairways and pulpit greens. Colt was a master of the short hole and Sudburys four Par 3s are a testament to his skill as a designer.
With excellent practice facilities on the course that includes practice ground with two covered bays, two chipping & bunker greens built to USGA specifications, a practice putting green and two nets close to the 1st tee it is no surprise that we are first choice to host some of the countys major championships and finals.
In addition there is a well stocked Pro Shop featuring all the major brands together with club fitting capabilities in the Flightscope fitted Swing Studio and the Quintic Ball Roll Putting Studio for a truly remarkable putting experience.
